Puppy Purchase Agreement Summary

At PNW Cream Goldens, we’re committed to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies and matching them with loving, lifelong families. Before taking your puppy home, all buyers will review and sign our Puppy Purchase Agreement. Below is a summary of the key terms.

Reservation Deposit

A $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Once your deposit is received, your puppy is held exclusively for your family and is no longer available to other prospective buyers.

The deposit is applied toward the purchase price but is non-refundable if you choose not to complete the purchase.

Purchase Price

• Purchase Price: $2,000
• Reservation Deposit: $500 (applied toward purchase price)
• The remaining balance is due when your puppy is picked up.

Our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration, and AKC registration paperwork will be provided according to the terms of the purchase agreement.

Health & Socialization

Before going home, every puppy will:

• Receive age-appropriate vaccinations.
• Be dewormed.
• Be raised in our home with daily socialization.
• Be introduced to other dogs, young children, and common household noises.
• Begin early potty training.

We work hard to give every puppy a confident, healthy start in life.

Buyer Responsibilities

We ask every family to provide:

• Proper nutrition and fresh water.
• Routine veterinary care and vaccinations.
• Safe housing and a loving home.
• Ongoing training, socialization, and humane treatment.

Our puppies are family members from day one, and we expect them to be treated with the love and care they deserve.

Return Policy

If you are ever unable to keep your puppy, please contact us first. PNW Cream Goldens reserves the right to take the puppy back and assist in finding an appropriate new home.

Requests for refunds beyond the non-refundable reservation deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed. If a refund is approved, the $500 reservation deposit will be retained.
